Your plan includes the features listed on your selected pricing tier.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
• Your plan will auto-renew unless you cancel.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
• You may cancel or switch plans anytime from your account dashboard.

Your data is protected using global enterprise standards:

• AWS Secure Hosting (Tier-1 global cloud provider)
• ISO 27001–aligned security controls
• NIST 800-53 Rev 5–aligned architecture
• GDPR-aligned data handling practices

We never sell, trade, or share your data with third parties—ever.

To keep your account safe and compliant, you agree to:

• Protect your login credentials
• Use the platform legally and responsibly
• Not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the software
• Ensure your users follow these terms

You may cancel anytime through your account.
Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for partial periods.

We aim for stable, uninterrupted service, but uptime cannot be guaranteed.
Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the past 12 months.
